Start the Year Right with a Board Refresher

This one-hour discussion session will help your board get a strong start on a new year - either now or at the start of your fiscal year. Meant for both experienced and new board members, the session is split into four parts.  All boards grapple with the first three topics and the last part is open for Q&A.

While we could spend hours on each topic, this one-hour session is meant to be a mind-opening and questioning sampler to help the board reflect on their work in the coming year.  Both Laurie and Julia bring years of nonprofit experience to these discussions.  Let us know if we can help!
